I got to try the Viet Garlic Marinade last night for my chicken wings! I made about 1.5 pounds of the chicken and added in the sauce ratio as recommended on the bottle. I marinaded the chicken for about 3 hours, ...but you can do less if you don’t have time. I then baked it in the oven at 400 for less than 30 minutes. The end result was simply amazing. Definitely finger-licking good... Yummm!
